Board of Directors
Capital Power’s Board of Directors ensures that management’s plans and activities are consistent with our values and support our North Star —Powering Change by Changing PowerTM. In keeping with contemporary practices of good corporate governance, Capital Power has a board of ten directors, nine of whom are independent for the purposes of National Instrument 58-101.The Board of Directors operates under a formal Terms of Reference.
