Keith Trent is a professional director and former utility executive and general counsel with extensive experience in regulated operations, grid strategy, safety, and compliance. He spent more than a decade in senior leadership roles at Duke Energy Corporation, with responsibilities spanning regulated utilities, generation, transmission, safety, strategy, and governance.

Keith currently serves on the board of Edison International. He holds a Juris Doctor degree and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
