George Williams is a utility and power generation executive with more than 40 years of hands-on operating and leadership experience across regulated utilities and energy infrastructure. He is the former Chair and Chief Executive Officer of PMI Energy Solutions and has held executive and senior leadership roles with El Paso Electric Company, Exelon Corporation, Entergy Corporation, and Progress Energy, including experience in nuclear generation.

George is Chair of the Board of Trustees of UL Research Institutes and serves as a director of UL Solutions Inc. and Badger Infrastructure Solutions Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Widener University and an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University.
