Carolyn Graham, ICD.D, is a professional director and retired financial executive with deep expertise in risk management and financial oversight. She spent 22 years with CWB Financial Group, serving in senior leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Vice President.

Carolyn currently serves on the board of Habitat for Humanity International, and as an external member of the partnership board of Doane Grant Thornton LLP, and has held governance roles with MacEwan University, Melcor REIT, and community arts organizations. She holds the ICD.D designation, ESG and Climate & Biodiversity certificates, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta.
