Carolyn Graham

A proven leader in finances and risk, Carolyn Graham brings decades of experience having held several key roles during her 22 years at CWB Financial Group, including Chief Risk Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Senior Executive Vice President, from which she retired in 2022. Carolyn holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors, an ESG Certificate from Competent Boards, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta.

A recognized cultural integrator and strong advocate of ESG and EDI, Carolyn was named one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award winner in 2017 and was awarded the Queen Elizabeth’s II Platinum Jubilee Medal (Alberta) in 2022 as an outstanding community leader advancing gender equity.

Carolyn is a trustee and audit committee chair of Melcor REIT and an external member of the partnership board of Grant Thornton LLP (Canada). In addition, she is chair of the MacEwan University Board of Governors and a director of the Edmonton Symphony and Concert Hall Foundation.
