He plays a critical role in ensuring Capital Power is well-positioned to innovate, adapt, and thrive in a rapidly changing energy landscape.

Prior to Capital Power, Ferio held executive and leadership positions across several organizations and industries, managing diverse portfolios with a keen focus on championing talent development. He held Senior Vice President roles at Parkland and Air Canada, as well as executive vice president roles at Hydro One and WestJet.

His diverse portfolio has fostered a people-first leadership style and a proven ability to scale organizations in times of transformation.
