Rolling Hills is a 1,023 MW peaking flexible generation facility located in Wilkesville, Ohio. It provides capacity and energy to PJM Interconnection and American Electric Power. In 2025, Capital Power acquired the facility from LS Power Equity Advisors, LLC.
