Harquahala is a 1,092 MW combined cycle gas-generation facility located in Maricopa County, Arizona. In 2024, Capital Power acquired a 50% ownership interest in the facility, with the other 50% owned by BlackRock. Capital Power operates, maintains, and manages the facility for an annual management fee.
