Capital Power was recently nominated by the Art Gallery of Alberta (AGA) for a “National Philanthropy Day Award” for the Capital Powered Art Program.

Capital Powered Art is a unique agreement which is responsible for bringing more than 10 major exhibitions from the National Gallery of Canada to the AGA over the next three years. The exhibitions will allow AGA visitors to look at their world from different perspectives and stimulate them to actively engage with different cultures and communities.

The National Philanthropy Awards are presented annually by the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Foundation for Philanthropy. The annual awards celebrate the philanthropic achievements of individuals and organizations in the community.
