Vacation starts with a minimum three-weeks in the first year (depending on years of experience).  Under our benefits program, an additional five flex days are also offered to eligible employees.

Incentive Program

All permanent non-unionized and some unionized employees participate in an annual incentive (bonus) pay program.

​Capital Power Savings Plan

The savings plan allows all permanent employees to save through a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), Tax Free Savings Account (TFSA), or a Non-registered account. If you're an eligible employee, you can receive up to a 5% employer match on your contribution.
