Darcy Trufyn, Senior Vice President, Operations, Engineering and Construction
Mr. Trufyn joined Capital Power in 2009. He is responsible for Operations, Construction, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
Mr. Trufyn has extensive experience in the engineering and construction fields, including senior roles in a number of large projects in Alberta and the Maritimes. Prior to coming to Capital Power, he was the Senior Vice President Construction with WorleyParsons in Calgary where he was responsible for all Canadian construction activities and Director responsible for Global construction. Previously, he was the President of the construction firm Lockerbie & Hole, based in Edmonton.
Mr. Trufyn, PEng, is from Edmonton and is a graduate of the University of Alberta Faculty of Engineering.
