Completing Your Sign-On Package - as easy as 1-2-3!

The following are the supporting documents to the forms you must sign off on in your offer of employment package sent via DocuSign. Your offer of employment package must be completed in full and submitted to the People Shared Services via DocuSign no later than the date specified in your offer of employment email. If you are unable to complete this entire process, there will be a delay in your pay and benefits enrollment.

Step 1 – Photo Requirements

1.1 Email a photo to Security for your Employee ID Badge – Please provide a photo with the following specifications:

Step 2 – Complete the following forms

2.1 Please review the following Capital Power policies and documents. During your first day at Capital Power, you will receive access to Workday, Capital Power’s HR Information System. In Workday, you will receive an onboarding task requesting you to acknowledge that you read and understood all the policies and documents listed below.

2.2 Please complete the following W-4 Federal Withholding form and attach it in your DocuSign offer of employment package

2.3 Please complete the applicable State Withholding form:

2.4 Please do the following on your first day of work:

  1. You will be required to complete an I-9 Form provided by an Administrative Assistant. Please bring an original copy(ies) of your identification

Step 3 – Return Complete Sign-on Package

All forms must be completed and attached in DocuSign no later than the deadline specified in your offer of employment email.

Once the documents are completed and submitted, Capital Power People Shared Services will automatically receive an email from DocuSign with your completed documentation.

Step 4 – Workday Onboarding Activities

One week prior to your start date with Capital Power, you will be able to log into our Human Resources Information Systems, Workday. Here you can action on completing all your onboarding activities prior to your first day. If the onboarding activities aren’t completed by the end of your first week, you may experience a delay in your pay.
