The 142-megawatt Quality Wind project is under construction approximately 10 kilometres northeast of Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia, Canada. The facility is expected to commence commercial operation by the end of the fourth quarter of 2012.

Power from the Quality Wind facility will be sold to BC Hydro through a 25-year Electricity Purchase Agreement. The 79-turbine wind farm has the potential to provide 100 to 200 megawatts of clean, renewable power to British Columbia.
