Capital Power is increasing the amount it provides through the Empowering Communities grant program. Employees who volunteer will now be able to receive $500 for the organization of their choice - up from $300 last year. |

Capital Power has been recognized for the success of its first independent United Way Campaign at the United Way of the Alberta Capital Region's annual Red Tie Gala and Awards of Distinction with three award nominations.
Capital Power took home the Quantum Leap Award which recognizes an organization that demonstrates spirit and commitment to their campaign and shows significant increases in dollars and participation. |
