Vacation - starts with a minimum three-week allowance in the first year (depending on years of experience), as well as an innovative personal days-off program that allows employees to take time off for their personal or family needs (for all permanent non-unionized and some unionized employees)
Scheduled Days-Off Program - one Friday per month for non-unionized employees working outside of Operations
