All permanent non-unionized and some unionized employees participate in an annual incentive (bonus) pay program.
The savings plan allows all permanent employees to save through a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), Tax Free Savings Account (TFSA), or a Non-registered account. Eligible employees can receive up to a 5% employer match on their contribution.
