Capital Power Income LP Operations
Capital Power Income LP (CPILP) is a Canadian limited partnership listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Capital Power indirectly holds a 30.5% interest in CPILP, and indirectly serves as its manager and general partner. CPILP has an ownership interest in a portfolio of 20 generation plants in the U.S. and Canada. In addition, CPILP holds 17.0% of the common share interest and 14.2% of the preferred share interest in Primary Energy Recycling Holdings (PERH), which in turn holds interests in four power generation facilities and one coal pulverizing facility. CPILP also indirectly acts as the manager for PERH.
